I was very wary about calling on the services of a locksmith due to horror stories of their costs and potential rip off services. Excellent service. The locksmith was professional during the phone call giving me a quote with potential changes if there was other issues on arrival and other parts needed. The gentleman who came to fix my kitchen door was most pleasant and efficient. He was very conscious to ensure that the door was fixed on the day of arrival and that he wanted to fix the issue. He was at my house for about an hour and fixed the problem with my door lock.
