I contacted Damion via the contact form on the Ryno website with a brief description of the problem for our doors. He responded swiftly with an email and scheduled a visit for a quote at a time that suited both the business and us. (48 hours later) He arrived on-time and had his equipment with him. Within minutes he talked me through the fix in terms I understood and said he could do it then and there if it was suitable for us. It was. He is so knowledgeable and friendly and re-aligned and sorted the mechanisms for our uPvc doors within 30 minutes. He made sure we were content with the result before payment. Ryno Locksmiths came to my home address to fit a new multipoint lock and to adjust the hinges on the two UPVC doors. I was very wary about calling on the services of a locksmith due to horror stories of their costs and potential rip off services. Having dealt with Ryno I believe that their service is honest, fair and good value for money.
